This blog is being updated in real-time as the group travels around New Zealand. For the most part, postings are coming from an iPhone, via the local cellular data network, to blogger using the email-to-blog gateway. Since cellular service is not always reliable or readily available in many rural areas of New Zealand there will often be partial and repeated posts, as the connection got dropped mid-email-transmission. When service is re-established it will automatically try to transmit the whole message again. As a result the posting time will sometimes lag when the message was meant to be posted. I'll try to clean up some of those "bad" posts when we have good access in the evenings, as well as try to catch and correct typos, etc.
